The best Greek Garlic Sauce …!!!






½ kilo of Bread
3-4 garlic cloves
Salt
½ cup of tea Olive oil (maybe you will need less or more it depends)
Vinegar




The quantities are depending on you. How salty you want it or if you want it “strong” you put more garlic cloves etc.
Before we start, we have to put the bread in the water for 15 minutes or more.


 Or we can cut it in half and put the 2 pieces in the water.
Then we take only the inside part of it, we squeeze it with our hands to take the water out.

We put the garlic cloves in a blender to smash it as much as we can and we add the bread. 

e.g. this is not a blender is another thing that can smash garlic. we just need the garlic to be like that

Then we add the olive oil little by little as we blend. We add vinegar and salt and again we blend until it will become a smooth cream.


We taste it to see if it needs more salt, vinegar, olive oil or bread. It depends how we like it.

You can serve it with fried fish like haddock or tope or fried vegetables like green peppers, eggplants, pumpkins etc.

  2. Μπουφ,την έκανα τη βλακεία μου πάλι.τι το θες κυρά μου και κοιτάς το μπλογκ απτό κινητό? Αφού τα χεράκια σου τρέμουν κ πατούν κουμπιά που δεν πρέπει.πως μπορώ να επαναφέρω το μνμ του αγαπητού scepticus που το αφαιρεσα κατά λάθος?:(:( μπουφ.
