Good morning to everyone!!!
I am a new blogger and my idea is apart from my native language, which is Greek, to post also in English. And later in spanish :)
So, first of all, forgive me for the mistakes that i am sure i will make in grammar :)
You are allowed to correct my mistakes, cause it would be helpful for me, to improve my english.
First day at work after the weekend, it's a little bit tough. Summer is here and... i would like to go for a coffee right now instead of working. The time in Athens is 11:11 and till 17:30 we have a looot of time to spend, hahaha.
Anyway, today i am thinking of giving you a simple greek recipe for a summer greek salad.
In a bowl you cut
1 tomatoe (not big not small pieces just medium)
1 green fresh pepper (slices)
1 onion ( slices)
1 cucumber (small pieces)
Olives (if you like them)
Olive oil (Extra virgin)
Salt
Oregano
and of cource Feta cheese.
I'm not sure if the feta cheese tastes the same abroad as here but u can find it in greek shops in your area.
Then you mix all the ingredients in order the olive oil and the salt etc to go everywhere.
Bon Apetite!!!
p.s. This salad needs also a lot of bread because of the juices of the vegetables plus the olive oil iiiissss mmmmm amazing!!!
Have a nice day!!!!
